the great pay and good hours, I'd deal with the co workers, and I'd have time and money to have a good life outside the work place.

A job with great pay and good hours. Since I already have a crappy job with good pay and lousy coworkers the great pay and good hours would make me happy.

I would rather get a paycheck for not working at all, but I'm a white American and those jobs are reserved for minorities.

I'll take the former...i really don't care whether i'll be working with the worst personality in my workplace.Actually,i'll even take it as a challenge and perhaps i might learn something positive from these kind of people.
