He's not mean or nasty to people he invites on his show. His sarcasm is part of his sense of humor.

I'm just guessing, but I bet it's because Savage is an insane antisemitic Jew who openly bashes gays and minorities, even though he had an openly gay relationship with a black man in the 70's,and they don't want to be associated with trash like that.

Every candidate, from both sides, is trying to win the moderate vote. It's those riding the fence between the extremes that decide who the president is.

That being said, most middle-ground folk aren't polarized enough to listen to the Michael Savage show. Many think negatively about him and probably would not take any candidate seriously who attended.

Also, many candidates want to get as much exposure as possible, with the least effort, so they enjoy grandstanding in front of large crowds in key states at this point in the game. They likely think attending Savage's show would be a waste of time or resources, and political suicide.

even nonetheless I disagree with them on a brilliant array of subjects, i've got self belief that the "2nd-tier" applicants are greater honest and trustworthy than the "1st-tier"applicants. Ron Paul fantastically has unwavering integrity and clearly has a record to coach it.

It's probably a sign that Republicans want to move away from the ranting and divisive style of politics. To my way of thinking, that's good!

Nobody wants to be associated with him. He is extreme. No candidate especially a front running candidate wants to be associated with actually having a viewpoint. Nor does the public wish them to actually have one.

He is so extreme, I mean he would be in favor of executing illegal aliens instead of deporting them. I am a conservative and have listened to some of his shows, some of his ideas aren't bad but as a rule he is so far right and so nasty about it that one can not reason with him. That's why I think they are refusing to go on his show.
