The Tigers had the fifth best record in the AL, and the ninth best in all of baseball. Their record was better than the Cubs who made the playoffs.
Dombrowski will not get rid of Pudge until he has a replacement and right now catchers who are as good as Pudge are few and far between, really only Posada and he's not leaving NY. And Casey is already gone, Guillen will be playing first.

You don't know a thing about the Tigers.Dombrowski has been good for the Tigers, but he is not going to do something foolish like lose Pudge if he has no catcher to replace him.Casey is gone and will not return. He has been a great Tiger-the best personality in baseball today.Don't make statements like this, unless you know what you're talking about.

Because they are located in Michigan and the whole state is worthless. Cleveland owned them this year and the Buckeyes will own the Wolverines, AGAIN, at the end of the season. Sean Casey is a horrid baseball player? I'm not sure that is too right to say.
