he says that there is no obsticale but illness of him make him stop to marry me cz he will die in sometime..he says me to marry someonle else n he ll b happy to c me happy n if he remain alive he will cm smday n kiss my kids...do he loves me???

everyone is going to die someday. did he tell you what his illness was? did you have kids together? where are you from???
if you love him, you won't be happy unless you marry him. did this "illness" come up suddenly? how long have you been dating?
i find this question strange. if you love each other, get married. you could just as easily get hit by a bus as he could dying from this illness.

If you know that he really isn't sick from the disease, than he is just trying to get rid of you without hurting you.
If he is really sick, than it's hard to tell. Here at yahoo answers, none of use can read your mind. Some of us might claim to, but its best to ask him yourself.
Ask him "do you love me"? he says "What"! you say "Tell me, do you love me"? look him in the eyes.

Love knows no barriers, if he saying that he doubts his love on you. If you really love that man, tell him you want to marry him and be with him until his last days on his life. Be strong.

first find d real illness. he should tell you what it is.
If you love enough ,then there is a cure somewhere.,but you must be open minded & he wants to live. If he has no desire to live, then getting married may not be a good choice.
