I'm getting a 650i motherboard, and this one's got a 1066/1333Mhz FSB. I'm wondering what's better: a CPU for a 1066MHz FSB with DDR2-1066 RAM, or a CPU for a 1333MHz FSB, and either DDR2-667 or DDR2-1066 RAM? I would imagine either the 1066/1066 or 1333/667 combinations, because those keep the frontside synced up with the RAM clock, but maybe there's something I'm missing.

It depends on whether you want to overclock or not. The optimum pairing of CPU and RAM is when they are running on a 1:1 ratio, so therefore you'd match a 1066mHz CPU with the same speed of RAM.
You could go for the 1333 MHz CPU and simply overclock your RAM. This might work quite well but it will depend on the quality of RAM that you buy. Mind you, you won't have any headroom to overclock your CPU (should you decide to do so) if you decide on this option.

I believe the 1333 series of Intel processors is geared towards DDR3 which hasn't been released yet, so you won't be able to run a 1:1 ratio for a while.
