There's one in my driveway? I really like the Tremec 6 speed trans. Get a GMM-RipShift gear shifter Hodgkiss sway bars SLP lould Mouth exhaust And cold air intake and a dynometer tune and you too can have 440 rear wheel horsepower and still get 25 MPG on the highway. Brakes are good enough for track time on the road courses. Wheel and tires just changed last week at 14,000 miles I changed to Bridgstone RE-010R tires they are great even on stock 18" wheels. But you cannot have mine! for less than $38,000.00

The so called "GTOs" of the 2000s are not Pontiac GTOs, they are not even American.
The are Aussie cars imported with a Chevy engine in them.
How can a import be American?
How can a Chevy powered car be a Pontiac?
How can a import with a Chevy engine be a Pontiac GTO?
It's a fake! The fist year and half the word "Pontiac" wasnt even on the car!!
They used the name for sales, it's a fake and it's not respected, even the chevy guys hate it!
Teh people who own them are Chevy guys that dont like or cant get the money for a vette, they also dont know a 3/8 open end from a 3/8 boxed.
Ask yourself, in the 60s and 70s would PMD ever put a chevy engine in a GTO or even import a frame and body from another country and call it a Pontiac GTO?
People who drive these cars are "marked" they don't fit in with the Pontiac guys or even the Chevy guys.
Your all fools who have this car or want to buy it knowing what it is!

RamAir is full of crap. Let me tell you about this car. I have a '67 GTO that I learned to drive with 30 years ago. I've put lots of miles on my 67 and I love it. That said, my '05 is so much better in EVERY CONCEIVABLE WAY that there is really no comparison. 'Real' GTO guys will tell you this car is ugly and won't keep up with theirs. They are full of crap. My car draws crowds at cruises and can stomp any car I see on the highway. That is what the GTO name was and is about.
