1. make sure you hunt for decent houses and not for ghosts.
don't be fooled with nice locations or attractive wall papers, have you're family walk into all the rooms first and get their honest depp feelings first.

Get your OWN Realtor.
1) Because a seller will NOT give you a discount for not having one (a huge misconception).
2) The seller's Realtor represents the SELLER and not you, and that includes on-site builder agents.
