way to early i no?

Question

hi guys. i no this was way to early to take a test but i am on my tww and it got the better of me. only i was shown a BFN which i new i would get but im still gutted. I was 8days past ovulation and i took a test that only picked up 25ml hcg or greater. it was way to early right. do you think i can take on eon the 16 and it be accurate. ill be 19 days past ovulation. thanks

Hey, it might be to early to test, I am also on my tww, I no you have pcos to so I am not sure if you have reguler periods but if you do, wait a week after your AF suppose to arrive an then test, you should get a accurate result then, I have ireguler cycles and I'll be waiting to take a test this week on the 13th, hope we all get BFP when we test. This time I'll be purchasing the clear blue digital home pregnancy test, something that'll be more accurate.

by then, they are supposed to be accurate, but how accurate it doesn't say. Usually, i would recommend waiting til a week after you're period is late, and testing then, for the best confidence, even then though, some women don't get a positive until they're 6 weeks pregnant or so.

The accuracy of hpt is only '98.9% of tests got the expected result in laboratory testing'

They don't say what kinds of HcG levels were used, or how far along the women were when they tested them. I find them very frustrating, especially been as i have irregular periods, and so basically have to rely on them to tell me over and over again that i'm not pregnant.

I wish we all had a little window on our tummy or thigh that changed color if we were pregnant, or had a little bell that went 'ding!' if we got knocked up. then another one that went 'ring a ling a ling!!!' when it was time for the baby to come out. oo, even better, one that went 'beep beep, beep beep' if it was time to baby dance (of course, just in our heads for that one, or you'd have people looking at you, knowing it was time for you to get laid, lol).

Sorry people, TTC for a year doesn't do much to help your sanity....

I'm 8dpo too and i know how you feel i took a test today too and got the same result bumma. test again when you are due to see AF. Lets hope we both don't see AF.

best time to test is when af is due...and if af doesnt show do a test with first morning urine.......good luck
