warm milk, and old remedy is said to help. Also taking a soothing warm bath with lavender oil before bed. Drinking decaffeinated drinks, eating healthy, destressing before bed and exercise during the day. There are some things in the health food stores that are natural you could try too.

I really, really hope you're ASLEEP by now, an hour plus after your post.

If I knew where to send it, I'll send you my song. Guaranteed to put anyone to sleep. It's like listening to the ramblings of a mental patient for thirty minutes, with a Convention of Plagiarists, playing on the background.

Try counting sheep that are very tired themselves they could hardly jump. That would surely put you to sleep. I tried that last night forcing myself to sleep before my normal sleeping time - it worked.

Do anything that will 'BORE' you! Most people fall asleep when reading the bible! Take a bath with salt water, it will soothe your aura! Bath yourself with blue light (everything is energy), don't focus on ANXIETY! We don't force sleep we induce it!

Coffee always works for me - believe it or not... 3 gulps of a mugful then hit the bed. Go!

Goodnight, sweetie!

Aguadulce, I would suggest not water but a glass of not-so-hot milk. Good night, sweetie.
