swimming a few laps in the indoor lap pool helps to de-stress me after a hard day of making difficult decisions at my company. As I swim, my mind goes back over the day's events and when that is completed and I know I have made the best decisions with the facts that were available to me, then I am at ease and start to unwind and relax.
After swimming, I play with my pets for awhile, and they always make me feel great by making me laugh and relax.
