yeah it was the best, we'd take it outside onto the sports field and everyone would sit inside it like a giant mushroom full of children. it was probably the coolest, bestest part of school!

Omg yes! Well I don't think it was exactly a parachute it was like a huge blanket shaped in a circle. Ours was multi-colored! We never got under it but we would all move it up and down so it would make like a big parachute. I loved PE back then...Now we have to run 1.5 miles and do 50 pushups everyday...The horror! =D

I went to a Catholic school and we didn't have a gym or a library. Just the school yard and a trip every 2 weeks to the public library.

OMG YES! in first grade. and they had a show at the end of the year and made us do a dance with it to a Neil Diamond song. that was so humiliating.

YES! I loved that thing, ours was red, yellow, green, and blue! that was my favorite part of gym class!
