Oh yeah, many times, sometimes several times a day, those pesky telephone and electricity companies. I broke a phone once slamming it down so hard, wishing it was someones head. It is a good way to get your massage across.

Only when I was a moody teenager.
Don't reinforce that juvenile behaviour. The 'grown up' rule: NEVER phone back someone who has just hung up on you. It drives them mad! And they deserve it- they're trying some stupid emotional blackmail on you- don't fall for it!

Sure, it happens all the time as I work as a CSR. If a customer is being rude, I pretend that I'm listening and my finger accidentally presses the Realease button.

All the time, I have one of those slidey phones and I always forget that when you slide it down it ends the phone call lol

often. usually on telemarketers (who shouldn't be calling anyway, since i am on every single "do not call" list in the known universe.) if they are really obnoxious, i blow a police whistle into the phone first. really, really, loud.

Yes, I hang up on telemarketers and bill collectors all of the time. I don't hang up on bill collectors until they get rude though.
