I know that there are three steps to go to a place that shows you all the stuff you have deleted and all the stuff you have deleted from your trash still hanging around in your computer. I know all about the control panel and deleting temporary files, cookies, and all that, but even though you delete all that stuff it is still in your computer somewhere, and someone showed me how to do it a long time ago, but i for got how. does anyone know how to do it?

Internet Options are what most people use, however you should go to, start, accessories, system tools, disc cleanup. After that, go to the same files and select disc defragmentor. Once that has been done, then close out. Then bring up either internet explorer or firefox, and then select, tools. Then select, internet options. Select view files, then select view and select all, then go to file- delete. You can delete history from this menu as well.

In order to finally delete folders you must perform disk defragmenter. This will overrite the files that you have deleted.
