They do look like smaller version of the adults but it depends on the species obviously and they are called nymphs. The little green money spider things sound like mites and these can be really bad if the environment gets infected with them. Sounds like you need to do a little research and maybe disinfect the tank with an animal friendly disinfectant, Virkon is a good one but go to your local pet store and ask for one.

i'm not sure what they are called but it looks like a kissing bug , we just call them ugly bugs
