well start by ignoring all that is making u dout ur selv bc its usualy sm1..
just go bk to what makes u happy w.the people that make u happy.. and eventualy u will go bk to where u got lost. its never as bad as it sms...
just take time to relax.

take a breathe and get a piece of paper and write down your name and things you like and don't think about these questions, just write them down and little by little you will remember who you are. then write down the things that come to mind when you think of yourself stressed. maybe you will get an idea of what your stresses are and stress can cause you to get lost or other people who can be toxic can have this same effect so be ware and take care.
