What do you do when you get lonely?

I am so used to living alone now that I REALLY enjoy the peace & solitude, being able to stay in PJs all day, staying up til 3a.m. & sleeping in til 11a.m. or going to bed early & getting up to watch dawn break - whatever I want, when I want & no one to tell me different.

I do remember during the adjustment period of learning to live alone, though, that there were times I just needed to talk with someone, so I'd pick-up the phone & call one of my siblings, or a friend & chat for a bit to get me over the hump.

Now, I'm so busy with everything I'm interested in that its almost an interruption when someone calls me, or I have to make time to call them.

i usually just sit in my room and think of what to do and lot of the times i'll read a rally small book or listen to music or just stand in a mirror and sing my heart out

Listen to some music, write, or take a nap and get lost in my thoughts.

grab a good movie and watch.
listen to soothing songs.
finish up unfinished novels.
just lie down on my bed & day dream.
& then fall asleep.

i watch sad movies, listen to sad songs, or read sad stories...
then probbly have some happy time in the toilet

I usually get on the phone, it does help...

get naked, walk outside, and yell at people until the police gives me attention
