Commercials, the fake voices on the radio, flashing/moving stuff on the web, those super annoying billboard TV's that flash and change, etc.
The 2nd choice would be bad camera work, like Lost and (new) Bionic Woman. I don't get a million dollar show, and they can't even afford a steady cam. I'd like to watch them, but the quality is just so crappy.

onions! aargh... dude, onions!
well, i can stand them in food so long as they're chopped really finely or have more or less melted into everything else, y'know.
but man if i bite into something and get that distinctive crunch and then those onion juices touch my tongue... i'll blow chunks.
grr. damn onions!
i dont think i'm such a picky eater either. i mean... i'll try just about anything... i've eaten jellyfish, sea urchin, live squid, balut, kimchi, bagoong, nattou...
and i've tried onions, too, and i know i dont like 'em. they're revolting. grody. bleh.
