The human hand is capable of exerting up to around 40psi. a well trained dog can bite at around a max of 300 psi.
clearly the human jaw is stronger than the hand but much weaker than a dog jaw. id say somewhere around 100psi for a very powerful human bite.
Could 100psi break a bone? some yea but oddly enough, twice as much force is required to break the scaphoid bone (tiny wrist bone) as to break one of the bigger forearm bones.

If some other force was applied, such as a punch or kick to the jaw, this could produce the extra force required to break larger bones, probably breaking the jaw as well. I doubt even a dog could break a large femur bone due to the thick muscle and tissue protecting it.

My unscientific conclusion is the most powerful human bite could break finger or toe bones but not much more than that. Other smaller bones exist, but how do you bite a rib bone if its still in someones body.
osteoporosis could be a contributing factor.
sorry thats the best i could come up with, the main problem was that theres so many bones and all peoples bones are slightly different. What may break my bones might not break yours.

The human body has plenty of big bones- and plenty of small ones, too. (Smallest are in the ear).
Depending on the age and health of the bone donor, they can also be brittle (osteoperosis).

So, YES- some bones can be bitten through by some human jaws. But there's a lot of variables.
