Personally, if I had to do all that political correct BS to have a gun in my home, it wouldn't be worth having. If someone was breaking in, by the time the gun vault was open and gun lock was unlocked, I'd be dead. Fortunately, I have no minors in my home and have loaded shotgun close enough to make anyone's day a bad one. Thank God I live in Texas.

First , you need to call your local Police Dep ' t. and ask if fire-arms are legal in your county .
Second , I' ll bet you any money that' s illegal to have a " loaded " gun in the home .

Yes. It must however be stored in a DOJ-approved cabinet / safe or have a DOJ approved trigger lock or integrated trigger / hammer lockout that is always locked / engaged when being stored.

if your having a tough time with your wife/husband...NO
dont keep it loaded
keep it there though so if someone gets into your house in the night you have it to warn them!
