It is a very very very big possibility since as much as Alonso dislikes Kimi he hates Lewis more. And he wasn't hesitating in Hungary. Look at it this way, if Lewis wins the championship, he (Alonso) to McLaren would be like ehh why do we still need you, we got a champion on the first attempt thus jeopardizing his seat at McLaren (note the only other team that he can possibly turn to for a reliable car by his standard would be Ferrari but they said no so if he doesn't stay with McLaren then it would be just bust to him). If he wins, which is unlikely unless Lewis doesn't finish but note everytime he does finish it is likely that he finishes with enough points to win the championship. But if Kimi wins, McLaren would have to shut up and have no choice but to keep him in the team.

Well too bad Hamilton wasn't able to clinch the championship this race in China, but hopefully he will do so in Brazil. I think this question was "answered" by Alonso's actions in the Belgian Grand Prix. He sweeped over the track just to push Hamilton of, luckily there was the run off portion or we might be looking at a different leader for the championship. I personally don't think Alonso would be stupid enough to try this tactic again, unless its the last lap and he is 1st and Hamilton is behind him and then I do see a possibility of him trying to get Hamilton to wreck since it would be the only way for Alonso to win the Championship. If Alonso does this his F1 career would be clouted even more with bad sportsmanship but again he has done some shady things already. In regard to the other answer, I think your interpretation of what occured in Fuji are totally off, how is it Hamilton's fault? He didnt make Webber slow down and didnt cause Vettel to crash into Webber. Webber was on the left side of the track and Hamilton was on the right side, and Vettel was obviously not looking at how close he was to Webber. It wasn't the first lap behind the pace car, it had been like 15 laps behind the pace car and everyone was doing the same routine for those laps. If you dont like Hamilton just admit it, but dont try to blame him for a stupid driving error that Vettel did. Are you saying Vettel had no fault?? Vettel was supposed to be 5 car lengths from Webber, and Webber had a clean line, it was 100% Vettel fault.

I don't think Alonso is dirty like that - Hamilton should have lost points and places for his actions behind the safety car in Japan the other week where his actions cost Webber a podium finish. I don't like Hamilton and I think he has had an easy run this year from the bosses of the F1 while others like Alonso keep getting shafted when they haven't done anything wrong.
When Hamilton is one minute driving safely behind the safety car and following the race line, then the next minute he drastically cuts to the right side of the road, and brakes, when going around a left bend, causing the cars behind him to have to brake so they don't over take him, he has to take some responsibility for it - because if he follow the safety car as he should have, and drove in a responsible fashion than the accident wouldn't have happened.
Also, in one of the earlier races, where Alonso was penalized 10 race positions for the next race because he affected Hamilton's practice laps, by limiting the amount of time he had on the track - Hamilton did the same thing to Alonso the previous day and ignored team orders and gets away with it - he isn't the cleanest of drivers and I would rather see someone other then him win the F1.

Possibly but unlikely. Alonso's already attracted too much trouble this season. And every one knows about the bad blood between him and hamilton and the rest of the team. Banging hamilton out would put him on the suspects list and down comes the FIA. It could mean the end of everything for Alonso and he doesn't need that.

Alonso will not take out Hamilton. If Alonso gets pole and Hamilton qualifies third, then its lights out for the young rookie and we will have a 3 time world champion. Hamilton must hope he captures pole and that Kimi and Alonso battle hard for second spot. We know Massa shouldnt be a factor because Kimi will have preference over strategy...however if Massa has a "reliability" problem and accidentally takes out Alonso or Hamilton then Kimi could be world champion...As much as i hate to admit it i think Alonso will become world champion. cannot wait for the race.

No. Alonso is smart enough to know that he will only get into more trouble (with Ron Dennis, the team, the FIA and Lewis himself) and that will also mean he might damage his own chance of clinching the title. He would be penalized and that means he is handing the title over to Lewis easily.

Having seen some of Alonso's moves it wouldn't surprise me, but if he did no team would hire him.

Well, Michael Shumacher tried to take out Jaques Villneuve so I guess there is a precedent.
