I think 'Strange Beautiful Music' is awesome too. Of course I think all his albums are awesome but that one's a good one.

Joe Satriani had his good moments true. He lacked in the creativity department. If you listen to his music he runs the same riffs over and over again until you become bored with the album. Not just Joe Satriana but the same applies to Steven Vai who kills the music by repeating the same riffs over and over. I am building my 360 page on Yahoo. My friends Rene Brown and dimebag will both be there along with Adam jones and other musicians that I have worked with.

I've been a Satriani fan for a long time. It's tough to call a favorite album, since they're all just chockful of random guitar riffs. It's kind of like trying to choose a favorite hot sextuplet. They all have fantastic racks and will do all sorts of unspeakable things to you, so why choose?

I like Joe Satriani, but I'm not a big fan. He may be a technical guitarist, but I can't listen to him over and over again. Then again, I generally don't like instrumentals.

I saw him in concert a few years back; he opened for Deep Purple. I guess he was okay....but what can you expect he has been playing guitar for how long? you know his playing will kick @ss.
