Vivaldi's four seasons is awesome, I love the Nigel Kennedy version. How about you? Good suggestion.

First answerer beat me to the punch... the first thing I thought of was Vivaldi's Four Seasons! I think I'd also add (the instrumental) Stardust by Artie Shaw, and Ashokan Farewell by Jay Ungar.

That seems to be a very speculative question. If we meet an alien, we would first have to establish what sort of senses each other has, so that we can agree on some sort of signal that both can receive. After that we would have to develop a common set of signals and so on. For two intelligent species it should be possible.
