When I turn my computer on, it states "system battery voltage is low?" What is up with this?

the motherboard battery is about to die out..... it is better for you to buy a new one.... (lithuim battery) better get it.... because it has a model number usually it is cr2032....
the motherboard battery is responsible for the memory of bios.... if it dies out the settings on the bios will become defaults......

If you look on your mother board, there is a little battery that needs to be changed every so often. Usual in Macs.
