He went back to his REAL life! She was just a "Lil' Strange", ya know! Kinda serves her right messing with somebody else's man! Should be happy the wife didn't whip her butt. Or even worse divorce the husband so that your friend would've been stuck with the deadbeat!!!

Either two scenarios may have happened in this case
His wife now checks his emails/or found out about the affair.
or..
He no longer wishes on engaging in the affair with your friend,
perhaps he's had his fun and now is moving on.
There's no way any man would still be cool with any woman after having an affair for a year. Too awkward for them, well for most.

Your friend wasn't being smart. Neither was he. The guy was probably shagging a few other chicks also, or his wife probably found out, or both. Either way, they're not cool.

First off getting in a relationship with a married man, she must be in total control of her heart! If she can't handle the situation then she shouldn't be in it! Furthermore he'd do the same thing to her that he'd do to his wife! Trust me it'll never fails..................................

One of two things happened:
Either he woke up and realized what he stood to lose and decided it wasn't worth it...
Or his wife found out about his affair
My guess is his wife found out about his affair and then he started thinking about everything he stood to lose and decided it wasn't worth it.

it sound like he got what he want and now he has moved on
sorrry to say. but that the reason that you should not get invovled with marry men/women. they will say what they need
to say to get what they want. and really dont care about who

he probably considers the fling over and went back to being a husband, she should have expected that to happen sooner or later.
