Since the Chargers play at the same time (4:15 ET) and the station is always big on playing west coast teams (San Diego vs. Oakland) will they still air the game full time? Pats and Cowboys are both undefeated, so that will be a MUCH better game. Does anyone know the current schedule?

San Diego/Oakland is the only other CBS game in that timeslot, so I'm sure large portions of Cali will get that game. Other than that, most of the country will probably get Dallas/New England.

P.S. CBS wouldn't be advertising a Sunday Night or Monday Night game, since the Sunday Nighter is on NBC and the Monday game is on ESPN.

It depends on the market. You can be certain that in San Diego and the SF Bay Area, the Chargers-Raiders game will be on. I am less certain how the it will be handled in the LA area. The local affilliates generally have the choice of which game would generate the greatest local audience. Typically it would be presumed that SD-OAK would be of highest interest in LA. There are plenty of fans of both of those teams in LA. It'd be surprising if NE-DAL was aired instead. I suggest finding a friend with DirectTV or heading to a sports bar if you want to see it.

Well on CBS i saw them do a commercial for the game and they advertised it as if it were a sunday night or monday night game... they made a pretty big deal about it.. so maybe they will bypass their usuall tendencies to show local teams in favor of broadcasting a much better game...

Probably. It's a high profile game.
