NOTHING ON MY MIND
I'd like to sit
and write something
something I hoped would rhyme
But right now, I'm afraid my friend
I have nothing on my mind

Ha you trick us you had a poem anyway.LOL But it was humorous I like that better than most of the others on here. ( NOT meaning the ones in this answer though) Some people have no sense of humor and love depressing on sad or real deep poems. It's like they can't take it easy and then when they do people want to write negetive stuff that really bugs me. So I like you.LOL But if you do decide to change it up that's cool just as long as I know you can have a sense or humor or can at least relax and not be so hard on your self.

There is always something
On my mind
for which I have the urge
to turn into rhyme
but when I sit
and write line after line
the words become harder
and harder to find
until at some point there
is just no more time
As I have forgotten
what it was on my mind.

If you spend your time
Merely trying to rhyme
With nothing to say
You'll waste your whole day
And that's intellectual crime.
