Have to check for power and ground at the motors---could be bad switch, fuse, relay, wiring or motors. Usually, it's bad motors but not both at once...more likely a relay or switch.

And here`s a question for you. Do they : 1 not go up, 2: not go down , 3 stay up but do not light up ? Most of the ones I`ve seen have the lights up all the time. It`s usually the H/L motors.

Are they mechanical or vacuum. If mechanical make sure they are getting power if vacuum then make sure you have good vacuum lines. Also if they are mechanical make sure all the actuators are connected like they should be so they will work.
