I am doing a research paper on The Sun Also Rises by Ernest Hemingway.

I was wondering if I could get anyone's opinion on if they think Lady Brett Ashley was a good role model for women or a bad role model for women in the 1920's after WW1, AND WHY?

She was a good role model since she was independent, smart and capable of friendship and love without sex while indulging the sexual part of her nature separately.
