What is the Lowest Percent for Isopropyl Alcohol? I know that there is a 99% and a 70% and a 50%, but I want to know if there is any percentage that is lower than 50%.

I think isopropyl is cut with water so you could cut it down to zero percent.

Isopropyl alcohol is commonly sold as 70% and 98% solutions in water but you can create any percentage you want by diluting it with more water.

i believe that what the guy said above me is correct, but with it being 0% it wouldn't be hazardous or have any outstanding effect compared to the 90, 50 or 70 percent.

WELL SAID AND ANSWERED BY LEFT . THAT WASHING HANDS FOR AT LEAST ONE MINUTE UNDER WARM WATER , TO DRY HANDS AFTER IT , USING OF ALCOHOL . 70% OR HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AS THESE ARE ANTISEPTICS , IT INHIBITS GROWTH OF MICROORGANISMS,
