Someone asked me the other day if i had an "innie" or an "outie" down there, and if i had an outie would i get surgery to make it an innie, for you "tidiness".
I was appalled by the idea of a woman cutting her flaps off, but i also heard that a guy left a girl he was dating because she wasnt an innie.
Am i crazy or has the world gone mad while i was sleeping or what?

Never heard that expression before (except belly buttons like the previous two say). What's it about, labia? Nobody is an innie, it's just some are more outie than others.

People do get surgery on their labia, and yes I think it's a bit weird as it's just cosmetic. Very long ones can cause irritation though, but personally no I wouldn't let a surgeon touch that area as long as all is working well.

I have only ever heard of "innie" and "outie" in reference to belly buttons. I think you or one of your friends has made a HUGE misinterpretation.
