Some one told me an elder woman who is receiving a care refused to get a service because the care give was not white. Is this discrimination against the care giver? Does the elder women has a right to that.

Yes she has the right. I hope she was miserable too for being so ignorant. The caregiver is there to help not be treated badly by some jerk, I don't care if she was old or not. Age is not a reason to be mean and hateful.

Yes. You can refuse any treatment for any bases. Unless the courts can prove you mentally incompetent.

Yes. On religious grounds and even personal choice.
....unless they are known to be mental before coming to hospital

Exactly the same right....somebody told to me, that she can be rejected from treatment because she is a b-l.o-o-d.y Honky....pale skins not accepted....
And the dark skin caregiver can send her straight to where she came from....or farther...
