The campaign hasn't really started yet. Remember Paul Dean? He was way out in front a year before the election and then the primaries started and Dean evaporated quickly. The advantage for Hillary is that she is a 3-legged horse in a 3-legged horse race. That might get her the nomination, but it won't get her the White House.

This is why libs love polls (except the ones in November), they can come up with any result they want. To interpret the poll, you need to understand what was asked, how it was asked, and in what context. The media has gotten the outcome of most close races wrong, generally predicting the dems as the winners. They won the last round, but I'm sure I wouldn't want to be around Hillary the day after election 2008 when voters tell her no way, Jose.

She is a total LIAR. She thinks she doesn't have to answer for her past responses. The liberal media continually give her a pass.
Electing her is the first step to electing Chavez. Controll of the media, control of the government, control of everything.
She is a communist only intent in keeping her own power. Common, ... who really believes her intent to run for President was only recently. She has been manipulating this from years ago.

I'm pretty sure the polling people asking who would you vote for gave a choice like this "Who would you vote for, Hillary Clinton or Adolph Hitler"? So of course 60% of American would vote for her. The sad part is the 40% who rather have Hitler, what does that say about Billary?
(jokes people, just jokes)

Because they insist on running only one half way decent candidate in every election for the last 20 years. They never really give us two to that I really get excited about anymore. I think the system is rigged.

I have a soul, believe me, and I totally support Sen. Clinton for President. The baggage you think she brings remains a bunch of stories that Republicans can't prove but like to pretend they did when we weren't looking. They spent millions of dollars and time they could have better spent serving their constituents on a boatload of wild goose chases that ended up being so weak on the evidence they couldn't even scare up an indictment. But you would like to ignore all of that and just assume they MUST be true since there are so many of them. Well, seeing where these stories came from to begin with, from Republicans, and seeing as how they remain nothing but urban legends that somehow grow to criminal convictions in Republican's minds? I think I'll stick with facts and the real world instead, thanks anyway.
EDIT: I've seen the information and I've read the stupid crap like the Clinton Hit List, and the Hillary Clinton/Black Panther information, and blah blah blah blah. I've also seen the facts that disprove all of that bunk. You don't get it. Let's try it in caps and see if that works:
NO ONE WHO HAS MADE ANY OF THESE ACCUSATIONS HAS EVER BEEN ABLE TO PROVE THEM. IF THAT HAPPENS AND THESE THINGS ARE PROVEN TO BE FACTS INSTEAD OF THE CONSPIRACY THEORIES AND CHARACTER ASSASSINATION PIECES THAT THEY ARE NOW THEN I'LL BE GLAD TO PAY ATTENTION.

Hillary is ahead because she has the experience for the job. She's been in the White House for 8 years. She's been on diplomatic missions. Regardless of what you think of her personally, she isn't a stupid person. She's educated and articulate. She has global connections the other candidates just don't have. Plus, she has Bill. For as much as a lot of republicans hate Bill Clinton, he has the charisma to charm the undies off a lesbian.

Most Democrats are not the sharpest knife in the drawer, and vote via name recognition.
Further, they seem unaware when Hillary says something and then contradicts herself the next week. However, even if they did, they would simply appear confused.
They would just as likely vote for Paris Hilton, as they had seen her in the National Enquirer.
