I hate marijauna. I hate drugs. It's so stupid. And I hate that everytime I walk in to my building it smells like stank weed. Some very strong kind too! I think I get high just walking through the cloud of it and they play degenerate rap music too that vibrates my wall. It's this white girl that lives with a black guy and she has like 5 different black guys running in and out of her apartment. And they all look me up and down everytime I come through. It's starting to annoy me! What do I do? I don't want my tires sliced up tomorrow so?

I have gotten high before and realized it's def not for me. I don't like it at all. And I have been around ppl who smoke weed but I strongly care not to. And i mentioned the race thing because sometimes I get fed up with the whole I'm cool because I'm a white girl smokin weed with black guys thing. It's the whole rap culture. They sit and listen to thug music, which I listen to but still think it's degenerate ignorant music, and get high and are cool? Hmmmm. Whatever. I don't want to call the police. I'd feel like a Nazi neighbor but I will report them tomorrow.

No, I wouldn't be annoyed by pot smoke. I find it an appealing odor though, and if I didn't it would bother me.
I think that you should focus more on what really bothers you about the situation than the race of the people involved, unless it is a racially motivated issue.
If it's really that bad, move.

I had super strong curry smell from the apt next to mine when I used to live there. I eventually moved. Talking to management doesn't help much, and I suggest you don't leave evidences like letters to the management also for those guys to get to look at. Perhaps you can leave an anonymous tip from a payphone and hope the police will raid them, but they might figure it out, so the best bet is to move away. Good luck.

weed is illegal if its not being used as a medical treatment. first i would try talking to the landlord. im sure he would rather have you living there and not the people constantly making noise and filling up his complex with smoke. OR if your not close to either of the people that live there then call the cops. they wont tell your neighbors who called them so you wont get your tires slashed.'

I agree, I hate all that junk too, I would be very annoyed!
Chances are, if you turn them in, they might suspect you, as being the one, and try to retaliate! I think I would be afraid to go that route!
Actually, you really only have three choices: #1- Turn them in.
#2- Stay there and deal with it.
#3- Move.
If it were me, I'd choose #3!!

Oh ya. Police are interesting. Fire risk is increased. Loud music is an apartment managers problem. Heavy traffic can be a managers or a police problem.

move if you don't like it, as for the dumb white *****, with all the skank boys from the hood, I don't blame you. let me clarify, I have nothing against good decent folks that just happen to be black, my wife is black, but I can not stand a bunch of black retards that can't speak plain english and won't get off their a$$es and work to save their lives. my opinion is that you start looking for another appartment. if the place is full of hash smoke the super knows about it and does not care. odds are that the police have been called in several times and dont carfe either. if your lease is up soon i would start looking and if it is up later then i would still find another and start moving if i could.

woow..i used to live in that same situation..except my neighbors were spanish and they had everybody coming through at different hours of the night..they used to beat the crap out of each other and i could smell the weed too..
since marijuana is illegal call the cops on their @sses then move..

Yes and I would call the police. You can make an anonymous report. Your landlord needs to know too because he could get into trouble.

The smell wouldn't annoy me but if the music was really loud and thumping it wouldn't last for 5 minutes. I don't see what color has to do with it thou?
