I would have to say Divisoria.
Ben Thanh in Ho Chi Minh has almost everything you would look for. Just like our Divisoria.
I have been to Ben Thanh a lot of times. As advised by some Filipino friends, if you are the first customer of a store in the morning, you can offer the lowest possible price and they will still sell the merchandise to you, grudgingly. They believe they need to make a sale as early as possible.

Divisoria mall, 168 Shopping Mall and Greenhills.
Although the closest would have to be Divisoria if you want the wet market / hawker-type deal :)
