i am a woman that is sick with cancer and have no money. i have invested what ever money i had in to this home... and because he knows i am sick and have no money he feels i can fight him about anything because i have no lawyer, if i can please get one to help me i will try to make some arrangements to pay him

I suggest you to utilize the services of the university of houston law center. If you are in houston, call 311 and ask for the University of Houston law center legal advise and they will refer you with attorney who work in pro bono programs.
