That was one of the biggest bonehead coaching jobs I've seen in a long time. He made stupid challenges, made horrible calls, and generally looked like he had no idea what was going on. Favre was killing the Bears, and all throughout the second half they call screens and rushes up the middle? He calls the plays, he cost his team the game. And allowing that many penalties? That was just an awful coached game. I swear I think he threw that game. You don't play conservative when the opposing team comes back and ties it (after getting great field position from your conservative play, ugh).

outside, Briggs was a monster tonight, but it didn't help that every play in the second half was run or dumped off directly to him or Urlacher... it was mind boggling.

Apparently all of the responders here forgot that the Bears were on the field too. They played great and Favre threw away another game. Don't forget Pack fans that Favre tied the all-time interception leader tonight. He will break that record next week. You can cry in your beers then too.

It was astounding. I was asking myself the same thing. They put all kinds of points and yards up the first half by passing, then just threw it away. James Jones didn't do much to help the team either. The blame lies mostly on Mikes shoulders though.

I was scratching my head on the last drive when they weren't really rushing to the line to get the clock stopped...If they would have, they would have had a couple more plays to run instead of forcing Favre into that desperation INT...

i couldn't agree with you more! he was doing great in the beginning of the game and half time rolls around and he changes everything that was going well for them. what kind of coach runs out the clock the first drive of the frickin 3rd quarter. he is completly at fault for this loss. not to mention Jones needs to learn that the ball is his friend and he shouldn't drop it everytime he gets.
