Hong Kong is notoriusly known as the most polluted city in this world. In the past two days the roadside pollution index is recorded as high 150 and 140 respectively. As many as close to 2,000 Hong Kong senior citizens rang their personal emergency bells for emergengcy and about one hundred needed hospitalization for treatment. Many of Hong Kong side and back streets are parked with different kinds of vehicles and many of them are in idling engines. The two fossil power generating stations in Hong Kong combined with the pollution blow from Pearl Delta of China making many citizens sick and died in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong government keep on saying for years to improve the air quality and yet the publics find Hong Kong is getting more polluted each day.Just in the past two days many citizens were line up in the hospitals for emergency services and a few reported dead, too.
I think Hong Kong government must amend new laws to prohibit idling engines, over-heighted skyscrapers etc.

I think that the Hong Kong government must put some efforts in the areas of reducing the heights of average skycrapers, gaps must leave between buildings in big estates for ventilation, ban the diesel fuels for cars, and put pressure against the two power generating stations using fossil fuel-make them to pay for a big fine. Environmental concerned matter such as plant more trees in the road sides, construct more parks in the city cores and new territory, stop land sales to property developers for huge money for paying the top government officials and all Hong Kong civil servants of all are overpaid and underworked.

Aggressive actions against those idling their engines and skyrocketting buildings must be made by the government to keep Hongkong a better place to live in and stay. Pollution must be solved especially with the increasing people in Hongkong destined to suffer from governmental neglect.

Well... I think the answer is obvious... Hong Kong needs to start being aware of the environment and caring more about it.

Hong Kong evidentially hasn't realized that if you do not take of the environment around you then you end up with a lot of unhealthy workers.
