My account was suspended for a reason not given to me or a notice. I have/had an opened store, spent money on advertising, stock, designs, CS support, wholesale accounts, also priceless months doing research for my eBay store on, items, polices listings, stock, insurances, state and federal licenses, and more. I understand that eBay refunded "most" of my fees’ but what about my customers, my business name I’m trying to build, my future, my bills, my children and wife and unborn child? My name is now tainted, the store I had spent so much time in building may never be as it was or could be. EBay has posted my user name as “no longer registered (after I had been registered since 2003) and sent my customers email stating this users name is no longer registered to eBay and my account was being closed for account suspension . I had received a number of questions from customers that had paid for products asking if they’re going to receive their item. I should of never had to do that!!!!!!!!!

Hello.

Having your account supended isn't always the end of things. It happened to me and I was back up and running in a week. No ill effects.

Use the contact page at eBay. You may get passed around a little, but you will get answers about what you need to do to get back going again. Here's the link: http://contact.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ShowCUPortal
You shouldn't need to be able to log into your account to access the page.

Otherwise, email them at support@ebay.com. You will get a response as to who you need to contact them.

The phone number they have listed is 866-322-9103. You can try that.

When your account is restored, everything will be as it was. You'll need to relist your items, but otherwise, nothing else will have changed.

If you are worried about a customer list you might have, just write them and tell them you are having temp problems, but you expect them to be worked out soon. A honest note from you can go a long way to overcoming any problems the suspention may have caused.

I know it hurts, but you can overcome it. I'm living proof of it.

Good luck to you and I hope everything works out.
Robbie

Have you given a close look at their rules? Often they won't explain if it's something really obvious about what their rules cover.

Don't look at it as the end of the world and a permanent tarnish on you--there are other sites you can set up a site with for about the same, or even less, than what you were paying for your store.

Well, did you talk to them and what reason did they give you.?
They don't just suspend for no reason.? They cant make money off of you if your not able to do business with Ebay.
Need to find out what happen.

Same thing happened to me, I had to open a new account. They give absolutely NO reason why they suspend sometimes.

We should team up and sue their asses.
