Mine just started doing that. It makes a cool sound. I run a lot though, so maybe that's what's causing it. But seriously, they pop like 5 times a day. They don't hurt, but I wonder if they might start hurting when I'm older. What y'all think?

OK Melvin, now this is weird. My jaw pops too! But I forgot to mention that. It's been popping for years, since I was like 10 y/o.

Helen? Is that you? That can't be healthy, as you are probably running into things with your knees! Touch my face!

My knees have been popping for years and years. But I've got issues with them. The popping is nothing serious. It's just fluid inside the knee cap that's supposed to be there. Keep on running. When they start hurting you then it's time to see someone about it.

My knees pop, crackle, and snap... have been for a while. But I read if it doesn't involve pain that's it's nothing to be too concerned about but you can try drinking a glucosimine supplement it's suppose to help lubricate your knee joints and see if that helps that's what I'm doing.

You might have bad ligaments. I do. My knees clicked when I was in grade school and, by high school, they popped.
Now I'm in my 40's and my knees are all screwed up.

mine have been popping since I was a teenager. 20 years later, they still don't bother me.
My back, neck , and shoulders pop all the time, too and they always hurt.
