what color would the tights be? Are we talking the full length ones or 3/4 length?

I think it looks cute!! ^__^ i really like the cherries on the skirt! ^__^ i have some flat shoes that i got a while back at TJMaxx and they are black and red with cherries on them! That outfit completely made me remember them! ^__^ and i think if you wanted to wear tights just wear some that where skin color so they don't clash with the skirt ^__^

Glasses are very cute [ didn't look at price ].
Skirt is cute.
I'd wear the skirt with a solid top the color of the skirt background [ off-white or ivory ], solid black, navy, or gray.
[ The white in the polo doesn't match the 'white' in the skirt. ]
I'd add ballet flats in red leather or patent leather' or black leather or patent leather boots!
If you wear tights, match them to shoes; or wear flesh color fishnets.
