There's this guy that really likes me and I really like him, but the problem is that he's 3 years younger. Is that too much? When we get older will that seem like no difference at all? He's very matture & tall by the way, a few inches taller than myself, so it wouldn't look weird..

It depends on your age. If you are 18 and he's 15, that's not only not good, but it's illegal. I'd say the same if the guy was 18 and the girl was 15. However, if you're older (and legal) there is not a problem with it. My husband and I met when I was 22 and he was 19 (3 year age difference) and got married a year later. I just turned 25 and he is 22 (the age I was when we met *lol*) and you would never know there's an age difference. He's more mature than a lot of 30 year olds I know. As long as you like him, it's legal, and he's mature enough, I say go for it.

i have dated a few men younger than i am. the biggest age span was 13 years. i am in my late 30's by the way. the age thing can be a little daunting but it has never been a deal breaker for me. the deal breaker always ends up being some philosophy of life (marriage, family, religion) that is not directly related to the younger persons age. however if you are 18 and he is 15 LET IT GO

I used to date a guy who was 3 yrs younger than myself, i am 25 he is 22. ( No longer together) My friends called me the cradle snatcher. I don't mind having a younger boyfriend i think it helps them to become more mature in them selfs.

I would love to date another younger guy again..... ( Bring back those sexy ones )

now if your both in like your 30's i think its some what ok...but if your any younger idk i think its weird i would never date guy younger then myself i think it makes the guy look like a mommas boy and the girl look like she is trying to act younger or she is really just not as mature as she thinks/says and the guy will brag that hes dating some one older or get picked on alot cuz he is one of the other

If you are teenagers, then yes, three years of age difference in either direction is just too big. Height is the least of your worries. You two are in different worlds right now, and depending how old you are, it could be illegal anyways!

well, at the moment, it sounds bad, but when you are in Uni, or if you already are, or when you are an adult, it doesn't seem too bad. There have been worse cases. Go a head
