Each office is an independently owned franchise. One C-21 office can be great and the one in the next town can be crap. Ditto for Re-Max.

Of course I am going to say RE/MAX. I am a Broker owner of a RE/MAX office. RE/MAX offers lots of training and tools for their agents. I have been with RE/MAX for a year now and this is the best move I have ever made. No body in the world sells more real estate that RE/MAX. We have more yard signs, more agents, national tv ads, etc. To much to list. Go to this website and see for yourself.

Neither.
Keller Williams offers (in My Opinion) the best training.
When I was with RE/MAX they offered NO IN HOUSE TRAINING.
Their was training on the T.V. but no live in house training.
When I was with Keller Williams, there was in house training almost every day of the week.
Hope this helps.

Each office is independantly owned and operated, so it really doesn't matter whose name is on the door. It is a franchise. so there are some franchise rules, but depending on what is important to the franchisee is what gets done.
Commission can vary by office and agent.
