I'm about to go to USF in tampa. I just turned 18 a couple months ago. I really don't know if I have any credit or not, prob not. I dont have 50,000 but i really want to move out with my girl. I thought i would be the same to just rent a house, but why pay them instead of paying the bank for loan. I am looking for a house for 2 college students does anyone have any suggestions or answers?

get a trailer....there cheap n u will have a lot of space...u can get a reall nice one for like 30,000

There are some tiny studio condos in that price range. They'd be OK for a couple maybe, but not two people in a roommate situation. Go to http://www.realtor.com to see what's available in the area. You can search by zip code, type of property, etc.

maybe as a down payment but to buy hell to the no not 50,000 for a house in tampa. Will not happen period
