Between the two, I'm more of a night owl. However, my shift at work starts at 7am, so I'm forced to be an early bird if I want to keep my job :)

Early bird. By the time it gets dark out at night, I'm ready to be sleeping. But early in the morning, before daylight and before the rest of the world wakes up, is very peaceful and pleasant.
