a. the serious " I dont want to think about it"
or the humerous
" have a party?"
If it is a girlfriend, its a more common question than you think.
"I'll never get over you darling" is good ;-)

The truth, how about it?
Let her know, nicely, how you'd feel. If you wouldn't really care, just laugh and say, "That's a depressing subject!" and change the subject. Definitely do not let her know you wouldn't care. But mostly likely, you'd miss her. Tell her that. Tell her what you'd miss about her. Just do it in a light way, (but not sounding totally sarcastic) so that it's not too intense and like, "wooaahhh, back off."
Say, "That'd be pretty terrible. What would I do without you to keep me out of trouble? Or get into trouble with?" Or something along those lines, bringing to mind all the fun times you have.
If this strikes a chord of worry, like she says it in such a serious tone you think she may be suicidal, you should let someone know. Find a way to ask her why she'd ask you a question like that. "Why would you say that? It's terrible to think of not having you around." Etc. Definitely do not hesitate to alert someone in authority that can help you. You will not regret it, even if it turns out she's not clinically depressed or suicidal.

well if u guys r good friends u would tell her if she kills hrself that she would be missimg out out on a lot of good stuff like if u guys r still in skool then should miss her graduation but is you guys r not then she will miss out on wats really out there like her having kids and getting married stugg like that if u really care about her then u will tell her
