about an hr ago i started feeling my heart race i got really hot and felt dizzy i couldnt see properly and felt like i was going to faint any body know what this is?

Although heart palpitations, heat intolerance , along with muscle aches and depression are symptoms of menopause. Dizziness and feeling faint along with some vision problems are not indicative of this. The total of these are possibly due to medication side effects allergies, and possibly high blood or low blood pressure. and hypoglycemia. I
The dizziness and feeling faint could also be due to BPV- benign positional vertigo. If you stand up in a hurry or get out off bed immediately. It could also be due to labyrinthitis or middle ear conditions or infections. or just plain water in the ears from showers.
Heart palpitations might be due to anxiety or too much coffee. Feeling faint or lighheadedness might be due to anemia. Correct your diet. Take a lot of viatmins, minerals and supplements. Eat a iron-rich diet.
Maybe, you just finished taking a warm shower. And that indicate that your body is feeling invigorated and refreshed. Drink a lot of fluids and water to replenish your possible dehydration.

well, how old are you? if you're "older" it could be hot flashes.
