Try a box end or an open end wrench if clearances won't permit either use a socket wrench. Turn in the same direction as removing a light bulb. Install a new sparkplug and tighten only a little tighter than snug.

You will need a deep well socket the size of the plug, theres 2 sizes so i'm not sure which you need. But the plug turns counterclockwise of a clock rotation to remove it. Check the gap on the new one befor putting in. tighten new plug real snug but don't play super woman or you strip out the threads. Hope this helps.
