The Persian culture started several hundred years before Christ. There were several stages of the Persian empire. Some were very successful and advance.
They do not see homosexuality the way we do. It is very likely that homosexuals remain closeted for lack of acceptance.

Ok, don't take this the wrong way but I sense you have been brainwashed via multiculturalism. What I mean by this is that people are being taught that all cultures are equal regardless of belief or action. Surely you must understand this is not so.

Take your example of Homosexuality. In American (western) culture, we value the fact that people have an inherent right to their actions as long as people are of proper age and that they do not break laws concerning vulgarity in public.

In Iran, and in muslim culture, homosexuality is penalized by death. This is why Ahmadinijad says there are no homosexuals in Iran. They either have to keep it secret or are executed.

Do you find this an acceptable cultural belief? If not, you see the flaw of multi-culturalism. All cultures are not ethically the same.

As for you belief that Egypt repelled an attack by Israel, you are Historically incorrect. The Arab states at the time attacked Israel for being a nation of Jews (Infidels) and were roundly defeated by Israel, who took a large chunk of Egypt in the process of defending themselves.

Iran is a dictatorial Mullahcracy. They give their people very limited rights and also have plans for middle east domination. They also have a goal of destroying Israel and purging the land of the Jews ala Naziism.

They are not good people, and such evil regimes do not represent what makes up a 1500 year empire. This is especially true when their actions face destruction via the world's only true superpower at this time, the USA.

Israeli invasion? You've been reading too much garbage propaganda. Perhaps you should try reading a REAL history book some time. As for the rest of your "question," While it's true that the people of the Middle East gave to the world: art, poetry, literature, astronomy, algebra and perfume... These were all pre-Mohammad. Iran being a Theologic Democracy, follows the teachings of Mohammad. What have they given the world in say, the last 1400 years? Terrorism? Conversion by sword? They are forever stuck in an abyss of the dark ages. The land was once a fertile forest. I suspect that even God has turned his back on them and the evil they do.

To whoever asked why Muslims in no way invented something they want a substantial heritage lesson. Islamic docs are the founding fathers of modern medicine. Iran is an Islamic us of a or a minimum of their political equipment is heavily inspired by means of Islamic Mullahs. That being stated no longer all of Iranians are Islamic- there are Jewish, Christian and secular Iranians besides, maximum people are no longer attentive to that. conflict with Iran may well be an mind-blowing tragedy for Iranians and people alike. there is not any want for provocations from the two facet.

No, whats to consider. The people of Iran may be fine but the government is to extreme to even try and deal with. One cannot have respect for a government who feels another government should be destroyed. Peace

You must be smoking Iranian hashish or something. 1500 years of being a backwards barbaric culture is NOTHING to study or emulate.

As for the mullahs I have a solution for their dictatorship theocracy...the cross hairs of my scope and 7.62 mm kind of "re education" of the errors in their thinking.

Now stand REAL still, you dwarf Iranian puppet president...don't move...BINGO. One less terrorist.
