i have a sixth sense about your question. you seem to me to be " out of your mind ". Maybe she has "passed on" your relationship.

This question indicates two things: 1) your widow saw men before and 2) her eyesight is still good.
It also speaks volumes about your insecurity -- a deeply held problem reaching from beyond the grave to try to mess up someone's life. Why don't you just die or something? Oh, wait..... never mind.

As for her was it said before death that the survivor would never date-then I guess your posting reveals her as a cheater than to confront her would be correct. Unless you can do some crazy Patrick Swazy "Ghost" thing to offer her physical love I'd say let her enjoy the human flesh while on earth and she will join you spiritually later.

Wait untill its really late at night and stand over the bed and rattle chains, and make noises like.. woooo, and oohhhh, and booooo. Slamming the doors and opening the cabinets would be killer also. Oh oh and dont forget the knocking noises and stomp up and down the stairs all day long.
