Oh! yes, for my daughters one years old twin daughters, and the other three grand kids we helped raise.
We put out bales of straw and, corn stalks, pumpkins that I drew happy faces on with magic marker on, and white out, red lips, etc. a scarecrow from the fall garden and, gourds other thingies.

yeh, partly--------------not done yet. My neighbor has quite a "spread" and it's excellent!
2 lighted jack-o-lanterns on their roof, huge ones, 1 small jack-o-lantern beside them, a hanging goblin from the roof corner, another jacko-l. on the side fence and a freaky face monster is hanging at their front door way!
I have a bunch of plastic bats hanging from a tree, 2 scarecrows outside, a Tiffany doll in my bedroom window, decals on the window and just bought an inflatable snoopy on a jack-o-lantern that we need to put up!
May I say, Halloween isn't necessarily celebrating it and many people and religions have a hangup about it and make it out to be a bad thing!
It's all about fun, that's all!
kids and fun! others just want to ruin it!

I have my lawn decorations out and indoors lookin' real spooky! Even bought the candy already! Happy Halloween!

Since I live so far from my family I no longer do that, unless they are coming to visit, then I go all out. The children love it so much when I do.
